Terms of Service and Legal Information

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern participation in the Render a House Ambassador Program (the "Program"), operated by Render a House LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Render a House", "we", "us"). By applying to, accepting an invitation into, or participating in the Program, you ("Ambassador", "Creator", "you") agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Own or lawfully control the social media accounts you use in the Program;
Comply with the terms of service of every platform on which you publish (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.);
Not be a resident of a country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargoes.

Acceptance into the Program is at our sole discretion. We may review your profile, prior content, and audience before approval, and we may decline any application without stating a reason.

2. Program structure

2.1 Tiers

All Creators begin in the Trial tier. Tier assignment is based on consistency and results and is reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Trial	5 videos in 2 weeks	$60 USD flat + $100 USD bonus if you exceed 1,000 clicks
Ambassador	3 videos per week	$0.10 USD per click ($0.13 USD per click in any week with 5+ videos)
Ambassador Pro	5 videos per week, plus 1,000+ weekly clicks sustained for 3 consecutive weeks	$0.15 USD per click ($0.20 USD per click in any week with more than 5 videos)

In addition, and regardless of tier, you earn 25% of the first purchase made by each new customer referred through your link, and your audience receives 10% off their first purchase.

2.2 Tier changes

Tiers are not permanent. We may promote, maintain, or lower your tier based on your publishing consistency, click volume, content quality, and compliance with these Terms. We will notify you of any tier change; changes apply prospectively only and do not affect amounts already earned.
